The three best discoveries of 2025, Targets A, AE and AF saw additional follow-up work in 2025 and early 2026 in the form of prospecting and surface rock sampling extending each of their respective strike lengths and highest rock sample gold assay results; coming in at 68.5 g/tonne, 5.4 g/tonne and 6.4 g/tonne respectively.

80% of the KGB in Botswana is covered by Kalahari overburden. The poor exposure has hindered the success of traditional exploration techniques like soil sampling and prospecting and government airborne magnetic surveys have not provided enough resolution to map the BIFs accurately. As a result, the historical exploration of the belt in Botswana has been patchy and limited.

Advancing the Project in 2026

  • Provides mag data at a resolution currently only associated with ground mag surveys.
  • Can produce 1000 line-km per day of data; ground mag produces ~20 line-km of data per day.

As a founder (and eventual) CEO of Lucara Diamonds, she was instrumental in creating billions of dollars in revenue from the company’s Karowe Mine, where some of the biggest gem-quality stones ever recovered in history originated from. Eira also served as CEO of Kaminak Gold Corporation, which was acquired by Goldcorp in 2016 for $520 Million and served as a Director of Suncor Energy for 17 years.

President and COO, Dr. John Armstrong spent over a decade with Lucara Diamond Corp.,where he was responsible for modelling Karowe's unique diamond size distribution and implementing innovative sensor-based XRT recovery circuits designed to preserve the value of the mine's largest, highest-value stones. Earlier in his career, Dr. Armstrong built extensive hands-on experience in Archean gold systems in Red Lake and Yellowknife.

Kraaipan Gold Project

The Kraaipan Greenstone Belt (“KGB”) is a 3-billion-year-old, 200 km long, volcano-sedimentary rock sequence that spans both South Africa and Botswana. It's a proven belt with only one gold mine at the southern end, the Kalgold Mine is located just 40 km south of the Botswana border. No other greenstone belt in the world has just one gold mine.

Mobile RC Drill Platform

  • Mobile RC drill platform - just two trucks total; air compressor truck tows a trailer-mounted RC drill rig and the other pick-up / crane-truck carries the drill tubes; can drive most anywhere in the Kalahari terrain.
  • 2025 RC drill program saw 175 holes completed, averaging 3 holes / day (up to 7) for a total of 4,975 m of drilling of overburden and the underlying bedrock 
     

The first full work program saw North Arrow and partner Rockman Resources utilize proprietary technologies to more accurately map and explore ~45 km of strike-length of KGB. The program identified six distinct gold-anomalous areas including a standout RC drill intercept of 1.56 g/t Au over 30m from surface at Target A.

A four-rotation (“R”) drilling campaign commenced early March with each R to run for ~3 weeks.

Targets A, AE and AF were the focus of the first two rotations (R1 and R2) of 2026 RC drilling program which commenced in early March (now complete) to get a better understanding of their size and grade potential. Assay results from the 20 holes drilled at Target A (R1) are due in Q2 2026 with assay results from targets AE (8 holes) and AF (14 holes) due in Q3.
 
Core drilling is being considered for R4 if results warrant continued delineation of the bodies with the goal to start defining a resource for the Kraaipan Gold Project.

More deposits should exist within the 60 km strike length of the KGB. North Arrow’s flagship Kraaipan Gold Project is made up of mineral concessions covering the entire KGB in Botswana. The exploration team is focused on the banded iron formations or “BIFs”, highly magnetic units found within the KGB and within most Archean greenstone belts and the same gold deposition associated at Kalgold.
