Our Approach

UNDERCOVER GOLD EXPLORATION

Turning Desert Overburden Into Gold Discovered

  • South Africa is twice the size of Botswana but boasts 5 times as many mines despite very similar geological potential. Why? Over 70% of the rocks in Botswana are under the cover of the Kalahari Desert.

  • The Kraaipan Greenstone Belt (“KGB”), a 3-billion-year-old, 200 km long, volcano-sedimentary rock sequence that spans both South Africa and Botswana.

  • Only one gold deposit has been discovered within the KGB: the Kalgold Mine in South Africa, located just 40 km south of the border of North Arrow’s Kraaipan Project.

  • No other greenstone belt in the world has just one gold mine; more deposits should exist within the 60 km strike length of the KGB found in Botswana and covered by the project.

in Mining Friendly Botswana

  • Continuation of angled RC drilling to better test vertical structures at Target A, AF, AE and K
  • Step-out RC drilling on best 2-3 targets to define lateral continuity of mineralization and resource potential, including drilling along trend at Target A to tie in with historical gold occurrences
  • Core drilling to better define the geology and nature of the gold mineralisation on targets with positive results from follow-up RC drilling
  • High-resolution drone imaging surveys over priority areas
  • High-resolution magnetic surveys over portions of the Kraaipan project not covered to date
  • Definition and RC drill testing of additional targets in areas with Kalahari cover

Investor Takeaway

This innovative and cost-efficient exploration plan is designed to fast-track discovery and unlock the gold potential of a highly prospective but underexplored greenstone belt. Investing in North Arrow Minerals offers an opportunity to be part of a pioneering effort to explore a largely untapped gold belt in a stable and supportive mining jurisdiction.

Target A

Hole KR25-157: intersected 30 m @1.56 g/t Au from surface, including 7.32 g/t over 3 m and 4.3 g/t Au over 4 m from 10m.

Mineralised material intersected at Target A occurs within a zone of anomalous Au values, as defined by historical drilling and surface rock sampling as well as Rockman outcrop sampling, extending approximately 700m in a NE-SW direction and with a width ranging from 100 to 250m.

Target AE

Hole KR25-051: intersected 13m @ 0.40 g/t Au, including 4m @ 0.90 g/t Au (ended in mineralization)

Target AF

Hole KR25-060: 10m @ 0.43 g/t Au, including 3m @ 0.71 g/t Au

President and CEO, Eira Thomas, has more than 15 years of experience working in Botswana. As a founder and eventual CEO of Lucara Diamonds, she was instrumental in creating billions of dollars in revenue from the company’s Karowe Mine, one of the world’s foremost producers of large, high-quality, white diamonds, including the second, third, fourth and fifth biggest gem-quality stones ever recovered.

Thick Kalahari overburden has limited past mapping, sampling, and target discovery.

North Arrow, through its partner Rockman Resources, has developed and mobilized proprietary technologies backed by 25 years of operational in-country experience to overcome these challenges:

The Results

  • High-resolution UAV magnetic surveys (Remote Mapper system)
  • Mobile RC drilling platforms built for variable Kalahari conditions
  • In-house sample prep for verified QA/QC and faster turnaround
  • Deep machine learning - geophysical analysis for advanced target generation

This experience, combined with excellent road access, enabled rapid and systematic belt-scale exploration during the first 12 months.

What would typically require over US $5M in conventional exploration was completed for over US $1M, and in a fraction of the time.

Continued Exploration for Remainder of 2025 and 2026

From May to August 2025, the team completed 175 RC drill holes across 16 target areas along 45km of strike.

This work outlined six distinct gold-anomalous areas (Targets A, AE, AF, Y, C, and K), with five occurring where overburden is less than 10m.

Because most structures are vertical and RC holes are drilled vertically, intersections are harder to achieve, making each anomaly especially meaningful.
